A CAÑIZA COMMITS TO GEOTHERMAL ENERGY WITH A CLAUSIUS HEAT PUMP MANUFACTURED IN GALICIA (SPAIN).

The A Cañiza Town Council has recently launched a geothermal system for the Town Hall, which will cut energy consumption by up to 65% and prevent the emission of more than 20 tonnes of CO₂ per year.

This installation uses a geothermal heat pump manufactured in Galicia by CLAUSIUS (www.clausius.es), model DOUBLE HC 7-100, which produces heat, cooling and DHW using a double refrigeration circuit. It also has an internet kit to monitor consumption and energy efficiency, which will be displayed on the council’s website.
