High-power ground source heat pump installation using propane (R290)

We have recently commissioned a new installation equipped with a 75 kW ground source heat pump using propane (R290) as refrigerant at the Monastery of Santo Domingo de Silos, Burgos (Spain). The system installed is a CLAUSIUS STRONG P HC 15-75, designed to meet the building’s heating, cooling and domestic hot water (DHW) demands.
Today, CLAUSIUS is the first manufacturer to offer a complete range of ground source heat pumps using R290 natural refrigerant, covering both residential applications (from 8 kW to 25 kW) and medium- and high-capacity installations for residential, commercial and industrial buildings (from 35 kW to 190 kW).
With this new product range, we once again CONFIRM THAT WE REMAIN ONE STEP AHEAD. Others may follow, but we prefer to lead.
